The Joomla ads component was just updated to the 3.7.2 version.
This update brings many features requested by our users. The new version also resolves several issues. Some of new features are:

Custom profiles!
Images custom paths
Images size limits on the upload
Adverts with auctions in items module
Title attribute for category pages
