Fixed upload log error where user was not recorded. Made upload and download values in the log table consistent, by making both the size in Kb.
Fixed a date conversion issue in the display of detailed file information.

WARNING - the installation attempts to replace the missing icons for "Approve" that used to be part of Mambo and were for some reason removed with version 4.5.1. In some instances this will not work and an error message is generated. It depends on the directory permissions and ownerships. If necessary, you should manually copy the Approve images from the distribution zip package to /administrator/images.
Please study carefully the installation instructions.
