 Featured Content Slider, makes a slideshow out of content items from a category on your page. Now module use cool mootools framework powered slideshow. It is modified version of FlexContent from Bleurgh.co.uk. The module is based on Dynamic Drive's Featured Content Slider. This module have all options of FlexContent, is a module to allow the flexible display of the introductory sections of content items from a given section or category.

Features include: - Easy selection of sections and categories for use via drop-down menus
- Ability to automatically trim content to specified number of words or characters
- Ability to make all links go to the appropriate section/category blog page
- Option to add a section/category link after any displayed content items
- Complete freedom to output title, text and image in any order
- Can use images that don't appear within the text, but are still in the normal Joomla image management system
- Cookies are used to remember and recall the last content viewed by the user when they return.
- Interface and look of the Content Slider is completely customizable via CSS, The pagination links can be moved around anywhere on the page as desired.
- Can change speed, hight display of content items.
