JoomlaCloner reaches Version 1.6

Beside some small bug fixed, we have added two major improvements, so JoomlaCloner can now:

- generate archives in TAR format 

- restore archives in TAR format

Here are the currently major features with JoomlaCloner:

- you can backup any site by using only the PHP functions or the server utilities(zip or tar for the clone generator, and mysqldump for mysql backup), depending on your server support

- backups ca be either in ZIP or TAR format, based on user input

- restore can be done to any of these backup types

- ability to create cron backups, and with the help of JCron Scheduler  component users are not required to have server access to the cron manager, it can be run from inside Joomla
