Joomla NewsThe optional Joomla-SMF Login module has just released version 1.3. It's the same login module that you see in this website. There are new features and some minor changes on the link lineups.

Main Features:

  • Hide or show links and features.
  • Popup notification for new personal messages.
  • 5 custom links. (so you can group user menu links with this module)
Here are some screenshots of the new module:

Excellent : Guest
Having so many problems with phpbb on Joomla, that I ditched it in favour of SMF. Wish I had done that earlier. Esay to unstall and setup, and works first time.

What a dream to use.

i use 1.4.2 module, but characters problems in it! i can't see Turkish characters like ş,ç .. in this module, there's a problem. Can i fix it ? Same prob. for me too. Turkish characters are not recognized and if user has a turkish name he is not logged in. Additionally other turkish characters elsewhere on the main page of the site become garbaged. If I enter manually the turkish characters -- named user in smf everything turns to normal. so Joomla and smf recognize turkish cracters but jsmf not. And a successfull integration is possible only if such characters are omitted. Any idea how to fix it?
