As most SEO experts believe, H1 tag on a website article title is given more weight by search engines, particularly Google. I believe it too. Most of my articles here at JoomlaHacks.com comes out on page one in Google on every keywords I targeted. But Joomla does not tag the article title with H1. Instead they enclose it with "<td class="contentheading"></td>. Here's a short tutorial hack on how you can enclose it with H1 tag.

If you don't have a very busy website, chances are, you still don't care about Joomla performance tuning. There are thousands of free templates for Joomla and Mambo out there. Just here at JoomlaHacks.com, you can download some of the best free templates. Some of the template coder in the community has the eye for design. But I can't help to notice most of them really know nothing about proper packaging.

I ran into this trouble while moving JoomlaHacks.com to a new server. All of sudden, SEF stopped working. I'm sure the server has apache mod_rewrite and there's already one site that has SEF turned on and working properly.

This is another simple tip for new users. This was just recently asked in the forum so I decided to make a Help & Tips article about it. I remember that when I was just starting with Joomla, I was also wondering how to do this. I guess some users thought that this is only possible on the sidebar positions, or probably they're thinking of one module for one position only. Well this tip shows you how to stack up modules in one position.
