SMF latest posts problem after upgrade to 1.0.4 joomla

Hi,
I just upgraded to Joomla 1.0.4 and I repatched the smf module.
But the latest smf posts are not displayed anymore.
It says error connection to databse and it displays instead of the posts the forum page with the error.
Any ideas? I have to go back to 1.0.3?

I have after updating tot 1.0.4 the same problems!!!!!!!
reinstalling the same error, the module can't find the database at all.
