Do they make any smf forum templates that are japanese. i want to make a japanese forum that  displays  japan text

However there is no Japanese. Maybe you can use English and use it to translate the forum to Japanese. If you do that and send the Japanese language to the creators I bet they'll be happy to include it in that list!
