Notice: Constant WIRELESS error?

Attempting to install the Joomla-SMF bridge: 1.0.2a
Using SMF: 1.1 RC1 & Joomla 1.0.3

I've gotten as far as being able to see the forum within my site. However, I am a guest on the forum (eventhough I am logged in) and above the header (very top of page) the following appears:

Notice: Constant WIRELESS already defined in /home/director/public_html/forum/index.php on line 87

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you applied the patches? In your Joomla admin it should look like this:

OK, I took the easy way out; uninstalled and then reinstalled the componant and the login module and reconfigured. That seemed to do the trick.

I'm having similar problems Sad

Joomla 1.0.3
Joomla-SMF Login Module 1.3
SMF 1.0.5

I have been trying for a long time now to get the logins in sync to now avail. here are my steps
1- install joomla (admin name =admin)
2- install smf (admin name =admin)
3- install com_joomla_smf_forum_1.0.2a
4- install Joomla-SMF Login Module 1.3
5- attempt to log on as admin

this is where the problems began. i thought it would be something simple to fix because there had been no problems the whole way. turns out hours and hours of trying, re-trying, uninstalling, re-installing got me no where. i can log on to joomla as admin going through the administration directory, but have never been able to log on going through the Joomla-SMF Login Module. if i try, first times the forum appeared displaced below the menu and said "Password Incorrect." then after reading these forums and more playing around it would send me straight to the forum page. and now i am stuck between these two results. it seems no matter what i do i end up at one of these results! the site is lionsden96.com

please tell me there is some simple thing i am missing!

nevermind... there was indeed something simple i was missing. i installed smf_1-1-rc1 and now everything works fine. i supppose others might have gone through what i did and either realized their mistake or gave up. it might help to change the naming convention or put more emphasis on being sure you have the right versions of com, mod, patch, etc. there are so many different types, it can be confusing for people new to the game
