Syncing betwen Joomla and SMF
« on: November 11, 2005, 04:56:36 AM »

Ok this may be a question that has already been answered but I cant find it so here goes.

I currenlty have 30 registered users in my Joomla setup but if I check the member count in SMF I only have 27.  I discovered that I have 3 users in my Joomla setup that hadn't activated their accounts so I'm assuming these are the 3 missing users (27 + 3 gives me the correct total of 30 Roll Eyes ).

So I have now activated their accounts from within Joomla but they still dont show up in SMF.  How do I sync both databases so that the members count and details are the same.  Id this possible?

seriously, if you think about, it doesnt really matter.
I'm going off memory here, but I think they will be ok as they make their first login to SMF and Joomla

Btw what Login mechanism are you using? Joomla or Mambo, Community Builder CB login?

I think maybe we should add to all posts to state specifically what config we are using (dont put in your sig, as your sig will change, making your post confusing)
