Mambo [Joomla] better support to SEF
« on: November 02, 2005, 11:22:50 AM »

So far, i have the latest bridge i didnt have any problem, however i want  to migate to joomla [still testing cause some functions are not working] and i want also to install a better SEF that the defaul one; i tried several of them but it seems that the bridge has some problem: login to site and go to forum it gives me the error: "you didnt write your username" no really, i said Smiley  so i want to ask the Cowboy: do you know smth about this? and if the bridge is not supporting yet the SEF in manner: news/localnews/news.html will be supported in next version?

i want to mention also that i tried the aliases and..nope. it seems the alias doesn't have any effects to the link created by bridge.

Thanks in advanced 4 ur answer.

this bridge is only tested with the default SEF from Joomla. Which SEF are you trying to make it work with? I can probably make some enhancements for SEF Advanced or whichever is widely used in the future.
