I noticed on my forum (which is not installed off the joomla directory, but instead in it's own directory off the root level) that all the links that have #top or #bottom seem to copy my joomla directory in the URL twice.

For instance:

www.mysite.com/joomla is my home directory
www.mysite.com/simple is my forum folder

All my #top (for say the "go up" buttons) link to this:
www.mysite.com/joomla/joomla/index.php?option.......etc

Personal Message area does the same thing.

Any ideas on where to look on this one?

Any ideas on this one? It seems anytime there is a simple HREF=#<number> it always appends an additional /<joomla_path/ so I have it twice.

Any clues?

you might wanna check the function where it fix the URL's. I'll look at it when I get a chance on the weekend.
