Registration problems

Hello

when i try to register from CB they  not register on SMF forum??? and the Synck dosen't Work!!!

Joomla last version
linux server
smf and joomla on the same database Jos and Smf


Why??

I don't know if this helps any, but the sync doesn't happen until a login attempt is made.
