Log-out error when board in Maintenance mode

A user can login fine when my board is in maintenance mode but I cant seem to logout AT ALL from either the login module OR the forum itself.  Clicking the logout link in the module simply takes me to the forum, clicking the logout button in the forum does nothing.

Has anyone else had this issue? is it a know bug?

This looks like a known bug for SMF itself. I tested it with stand alone SMF and that still happens.
