If you did a little search, you would have stumbled over dozens of posts stating that the Joomla - SMF bridge project is dead. So over here is no Joomla 1.5.x and SMF 2.0.X bridge.

I did not expect such a snarky response...matter of fact is, the forums are entangled with options on searches, forgive me for not following each down to the line.

Sometimes, a simple kind response would be nice instead of belittling a person...

I am sorry if you got disturbed by my message and maybe I should have posted in a friendlier tone.

I got irritated because the webmaster of Joomlahacks doesn't inform anybody about the status of his products. The last version of the bridge is several years old and quite outdated with Joomla 1.5 nowadays and SMF 2.0 on the horizon. I think this is very irresponsible.

It would be so nice to create a sticky in the bridge forums about the status (eg not to use the bridge on new websites).

@Savina: You are totally right about the chaotic lay-out of this website. To help you out for the moment, take a look here: http://code.google.com/p/sjsb/ (although it looks like this project is halted too)
