Help - blank pages

Hello, I am Prashanth from India.
Recently i installed MamboV4.5.2.3-stable for my website www.TattaMangalam.com
Installation went smoothly. I got the screen instructing, to delete the installtion folder and the code for configuration file. I have done so.
There are two links in that page (01) go to site (02) Administration.

Both links when clicked give a blank page. Nothing works.
What I have done wrong? please direct me.
