Syncing username Guest Failed!

I have installed version 1.1b3 of SMF and am using 4.5.2 of Mambo.
I am recieving this error when tring to sync users.

"Syncing username Guest Failed! Please enter a valid e-mail address."

I am using the latest beta to merg the files.

Any ideas as to what is up??
