Big problem. Just installed.
« on: April 04, 2005, 08:17:51 PM »

I have a huge problem. After I installed the component took the site login.
I usually enter my site with this address www.saudeemrede.net. After I installed the component and set to be unwrapped. Every time I enter using the address above I got directly to the forum. Cant enter my site using that address anymore. Why this is happing?

it seems that you installed the SMF forum in the root of your website. That's really a huge problem for you. At least what you can do is identify which are SMF files and delete it. Then get a copy of Mambo's index.php because it was already overwritten.

Check the index file its ok. Could you tell me what files from forum usually goes in the root directory.
Other thing is that I can use the  access easily my site if it is unwrapped. Or I can access the site with this url:
http://www.saudeemrede.net/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1.

None.

Mambo should be installed in the root of your site. SMF should be installed in a subdirectory (e.g. /forum).
