I am guessing, you are installing JSMF on Joomla 1.5.x? That won't work. Nor will it in the future.

Ok, well I read this forum a bit too late. This Joomla SMF bridge DOES NOT work with Joomla 1.5

I guess I did not read the small print when reviewing the component...this means I am stuck on using Fireboards, which I really don't want as I prefer SMF.

Now, if I can figure out how to get rid of this Joomla-SMF component I will be happy as it has pretty much screwed up logins.
