Joomla-SMF Forum Installation
« on: May 26, 2008, 04:23:27 PM »

I get to the point of the bridge installation where it asks to input the path to your SMF installation and that's where the problem begins.  The guide says there should be a link after installation that reads JSMF Install Page, but there is not after my install.  I have to go up to Components>JSMF>Install.  When I get there, there are tabs for Installation adn Registration.  Registration tab works, but you get a blank for the Installation tab.  Any suggestions?

A blank page normally means a fatal error in the php code. Please check your error log and post the involved lines here with some info about your server.

I'm new to Joomla, so forgive my ignorance.  I went to Global Configuration and set error reporting to Maximum, but where do I find the Error Report?

You probably find your error logs in the control panel (Cpanel, Plesk or directadmin) of your host.
