Need Help This isn't Working

Im using:
Joomla 1.0.15
SMF 1.1.5
Joomla-SMF 2.0.2

Did everything. Everything seemed to go along fine, but there are problems. It basically isn't working..

1) Forum is not wrapped in Joomla template (i have it set to do so)
2) When you register on my site and recieve the confirmation link via email, you click the confirmation link and my site says invalid confirmation link or i have already registered.

I have CB installed. Is the registration page a Joomla registration page and that's why it's not working? Does it need to be a CB registration page? I'm new to these components. When I reistered an account, i looked and CB and I see the usernames in there so I don't get it.
