This Two site use joomla cms but I can't find the same modules which use this guys.

www.extrafull.com

Help me to find modules..

It looks like the first one is not joomla. In the second one, which module do you mean?

Like I said the second one is Joomla. It's using com_photo but I can't figure out it's real name.
