Cant Access My Website front nor backend

I get this error, I havent changed anything in my site I was adding videos to it, left to check my myspace messages came back and this is what I saw:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/joomla.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/J/a/m/Jamrockk/html/alliance4life.com/index.php on line 33

Please help me find a solution...Please
