Pls help about modul

I think that this is modul and pls help me..i was see that in some templates but dont know what comonent is that or modul..i need some modul for news i have pictures


My problem is that in my templ every this news have diferent position, for example first news is on user1 position , second on user2 etc..

Can someone help me pls

You`ll have to edit your template`s CSS acording to get look like this.
