E-commerce Site is DOWN - Cannot Save User Info

We need help BADLY--
We are MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY for Commercial/Fee-based Support... (But I can't find anyone qualified or any commercial support party)

The site is based on:

1. Joomla! 1.0.12 Stable
2. VirtueMart 1.0.9
3. SMF 1.1
4. Joomla-SMF Integration version 1.1 RC2 patch1

Running on CentOS and Blue Quartz.

Hi,
Our server is experiencing problems and our original developer is no longer available. We need help--fast. Our web site was developed using Joomla. [Ibm Server running CentOS and Blue Quartz]

Our web site is having a problem saving user information. When a new (or existing) user signs on and attempts to "Checkout" after placing an order, a web page appears requesting billing address. No matter what the user enters, when the form is submitted the user is ALWAYS returned to the same page and cannot continue. Thus, we cannot process any online orders (and that's a very BAD THING).

One thing I noticed, with my very limited exposure to linux and joomla... I think a database file is missing or damaged. Here's the error message I get from phpmyadmin when clicking on the database:

Error
SQL query:
SHOW INDEX FROM `mos_vm_user_info` ;

MySQL said:
#1016 - Can't open file: 'mos_vm_user_info.MYI' (errno: 145)

There are NO REPAIR options available for this table in phpmyadmin after this error is issued.

Any ideas or assistance is greatly appreciated. Anyone know where I can get commercial support for this kind of problem, please let me know.
