Problems with the character in Joomla 1.0.15 RE

A Joomla 1.0.15 RE + SMF 1.1.4 + Joomla-SMF 2.0.2.1 + SMF CB Plugin 2.0.3
The integration went smoothly. But after the patch file index.php ceased to appear correctly encoded. The site displays correctly encoding (lPTUBTSch: zPTPD RPFETSOOSCHI LPTBVMEK). How can I correct the problem?
