Two Questions

1. Is it possible to move from Joomla-SMF brigde (using this bridge) site to a SMF only site?

If yes, can anybody tell me how? specifically the SQL backup.

2. Anybody know of a good resource with free Joomla AND SMF themes so as to streamline the site.
