Change 403 Page

I'd like the 403 page to feature the login module while including other 403 info. Is that possible? If so how? Thanks

You can create a special page in Joomla for your 403 page. After that you can forward your 403 page to this joomla page.

Note: 403 page "visitors" most likely bad bots and attacker on your website. Descent people, who go to a joomla/SMF restricted page, get a nice "You are not allowed here. Please login/register"-page.
