Cant access Joomla Admin Panel

Hello All:

I think I screwed something up on the component cookie settings as everytime i try to do anything in the joomla admin panel, it asks me to login. I cant do anything it just keeps refreshing me as I log in.

Can someone tell me how to correct the cookie issue ! What template to look in and what the cookie should be set at?

Any ideas here would be great!

Does this happen after installing Joomla 1.0.13? Probably it's the famous admin login problem. Please go to joomla.org and in stall the latest stable: J! 1.0.14
