Some help plz !

i installed a new design on the joomla and im having problems with the reg... if your trying to reg to the system it wont say the "an email was sent to you bla bla bla" its just refresh the page and clear all you write...BUT the email was sent...Huh what to do guys ?? how do i fix this ?
