| i've done a search and this question comes up alot, i know, but i couldn't find a suitable solution, so sorry if i go again.... I get the "incorrect prefix" on my install page. I know i'm supposed to have SMF and joomla in the same database, and as far as I know it is (i login to my database with phpAdmin and both my joomla and smf_ databases are there)... do i merge the databases in some way? i've checked the absolute paths and they're correct.. and yes, i've scoured the user guide and searched through the forums... any help would be appreciated. System: Joomla 1.0.13 SMF 1.1.4 ------------------------------------------------------------------- not installed SMF Forum installed on the same database as Joomla. done [un-patch] Patch Joomla Source Files. done [un-patch] Patch SMF Source Files (Note: Unpatch before upgrading SMF or installing mod.) done [verify] Optional: Synchronize Joomla and SMF users(username or real name). |
