404 login error

When I login, it says
"The requested URL /http://www.citywidesites.com/ does not exist."

The address bar reads
"http://citywidesites.com/http://www.citywidesites.com/"

So it looks like it is somehow pasting the url twice.
Then when I hit the back button, I am logged in.

I'm using joomla
Joomla! 1.0.13
smf 1.1.4
and cb 1.1
