Professional staff only and Propsal

Hi;
We are looking for joomla developer.

We have an idea and business plan to build a website www.ikoti.com which will connect people to people with whatever the needs are (goods, services or volunteers) for free. The website will be base on Joomla 1.5 community.

We have 2 investors who are interest in our idea but they have certain requirement. We need to recruit minimum following:

- 8-10 joomla professional developers
- 5-7 joomla professional testers
- 2-3 professional project managers
- 2- professional marketing
- 2 – accounts

We are hoping to find volunteers and contributors to start out with. If we unable to fill our staffs. We are willing to pay. We are on a restrict budget.

Also we have a proposal reward/bonus after three years from the date which we will declare website officially begin. After three, the website generation income, the reward might be 1 millions dollars for each person (we have not finalize or will detail on the bonus, paid staff are not included only volunteer staff).

- Investor also interest that we log our events or video our process and success and event failures.
- The main concept is to have a community to collaborate together and to built-up a website.
