Error on registration

when testing registration with the smf plugin i get this:

Unable to load Joomla-SMF Bridge Configuration and Functions!

after submitting the registration.
the users still get the registration e-mail and can activate their accounts, but upon login, they dont get directed to the page i want and i get

Unable to load Joomla-SMF Bridge Configuration and Functions!
Your account is now active, login using your detials.

Whats going on?

right i have fixed that, but where do i edit the registration message?

As when people register, the template gets all screwed up, and would love to know where to look to fix it.
