TONS of errors on my joomla site. Was I hacked???

Wow, all of the sudden, out of nowhere, I visited my site only to run into all of these errors.

When I got to the index homepage of my site, this pops up:

When I go to the SimpleMachines forum of my site, now I get this:

And when I go into the administration, and global settings, I get this:

Also, when I go to view my content items underneath the admin and edit them, I get this:

Any idea of what is going on?? I wonder if my hosting company (ipowerweb) has caused this. I'm going to give them a call later on.
