users login to blank page

some of my users are getting a blank page when logging in.
joomla smf 2.0.2
joomla 1.0.13
cb 1.1
using smf login module

they can log in outside of the joomla framework http://kayakidaho.com/smf
and then if they go to http://www.kayakidaho.com they are logged in.

i'm baffled. I"ve tried a variety of login modules. cb doesn't work at all

Did you installed the CB plugin ? (more info about this in the User Guide)

I do not have the CB plugin installed... I skipped it in order to get it working. Would the blank page be caused because the CB plugin is not installed?
