New project

Hi mates!

Well, I´m looking for a coder at least 4 months to make this project for me:

In the past, I was thinking to make a entire custom CMS. But this is very work to do and I change my mind.
I want to use Joomla for this project but with some custom modules. For example, using joomla software, I only need the points in that url:

15- SUBTITLES
16- COVERS
18- REQUEST SUBTITLE
19- REQUEST COVER
20- TRANSLATE SUBTITLES
25- OTHERS
