Maybe you are talking about tab modul? You have great tab modul (actualy it is component )form Gavick team - you can find it here: http://tools.gavick.com/

The news like content below is I think using galery component ....
at least the nubers below looks like the ones in rs galery, however I dont know if it is possible to create content like this with it... haven`t used it yet, so you ll have check documentation
