newbie help with editing cb_plug_smfprofile_2_1_1

So i am trying to get rid of the majority of fields in this plugin... All I want is the avatar display and syncing, and the signature display.

I have tried for days to get this done on my own but have failed to get it all done without error.

If some kind person wouldn't mind editing this for me I would be so grateful:)
