problem in JSMF

Hi. i have installed teh JSMF in my site..

its seems to be fine during teh instalation but when i visited my site after my site.. my index page content main bosy has gone.. is the fourm is showing in the main form...

also .. i was not able to login through the fourm and also by my site login..

please help me on this..
