No reaction after payment - no staff here?

Hi,
more than a week ago I pay for a frontpage article. But nothing happends. No one answere my mails and request. The payment was accepted but my article wasnt published. Is there no staff member online here?
The only thing I can do is to open a PayPal disput/fraud case to get my money back...
