| This may be a simple question, but pardon my lack of knowledge. I am trying to create a bridge between smf 1.1.3 and joomla 1.013. I wish to create a common database of users (when someone logs into joomla, they automatically login to smf as well and vice versa). My questions are: 1. Which bridge do I use? I see there are several files on the site of format Joomla-SMF_x.x.zip. I am not sure if the version numbers are for smf of newer versions of the bridge. I had trouble installing all the 1.x versions- when I click on install the page goes blank. I was able to get 2.0 version bridge to work though. Will this work with SMF1.1.3? 2. Do I need to do anything other than this to enable joomla users to post to smf (in terms of configuration? Do I need to install mod_smf_login? If so, how do I use it? Thanks in advance for all your help. |
