Looking for forum suggestions

Hi

I would like to integrate a forum into my site and wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to what works best with Joomla.

I've had FIREBOARD suggested.  Any opinions on this?

I'm already using joomla for my site.  How difficult is it to change to mambo now.  I'm not overly keen on doing this as its taken me a while to sort out my Amazon ads etc but I am open to advise.  Cheesy
