session_destroy() issue

I'm getting errors in the SMF error log every time someone logs in but aren't seen by the user. There are no issues with using the site but it does clog up the error log. The error is:

On my production site I have:
  • Joomla 1.0.12
  • SMF 1.1.13
  • Joomla-SMF Bridge 2.0.2
  • Community Builder 1.1
  • PHP 4.3.11
  • MySQL 4.1.22-max-log

On my test site I have:
  • Joomla 1.0.13
  • SMF 1.1.13
  • Joomla-SMF Bridge 2.0.2.1
  • Community Builder 1.1
  • PHP 4.3.11
  • MySQL 4.1.22-max-log

I get the errors on both installs and if I unbridge the forum the errors aren't generated so I don't think SMF or CB is causing the errors. Also, disabling Use database driven sessions has no affect. Any idea on what may be causing these errors?

I'm also getting the same error when using the bridge:

In standalone forum mode this error does not excist.

I'd also noticed the that url causing this error is:

Shouldn't this be a joomla url instead of SMF?

I'm using:

Joomla 1.1.13
SMF 1.1.3
JSMF 2.0.2.1
CB 1.1.0

PHP: 4.4.7
MySQL: 4.1.22-standard-log
Caching: Disabled
GZIP: Enabled

Same problem on my JSMF 2.0.2.1 (SMF 1.1.3, Joomla 1.0.13). Without JSMF, on clean SMF there   are no errors.

i solved comment line 174 out Grin


i think this is not a great solution but works...

ps: however the error log says: "Trying to destroy uninitialized session" so why we have to destroy it?

Also having this issue. I'm using Joomla 1.0.13, SMF 1.1.4 (fresh install), and the latest version of JSMF 2.0.2.1.

Is there a solution?

the problem exact the same as Keltic when member/admin logout

My
joomla 1.0.13
smf 1.1.4

btw, will this error cause serious problem to anything ?

I have the same issue too, I assume it happens on user login via bridge.

joomla 1.0.12 (UTF-8)
smf 1.1.4

So as you had could read this project as stopped a year ago. There is no developer any more, there for every one has to help each other or migrate to an system that has still the support Wink Like Mambo with SMF or Joomla with PHPbb
