Download Component Recomendations?

Hey,

I've been looking for a download component for Joomla and I haven't found anything good. Can someone recomend one please? I got stuck with using a stand alone one and would like to use one that is integrated with Joomla. Here is my site http://Braido86.net/joomla, just click on downloads from main menu and see what I am kind of looking for.
