How to Create More then one template for a single ??

Hi All,

I want to know HOW TO CREATE A MORE THEN ONE TEMPLATE FOR A SIGLE SITE.( If Home Page Developed from a one Template and All other pages from aother template )

How it is possible HuhHuh?
