Social Networking With Joomla

Hi everyone,

I am a new learner in Joomla. I am trying to develop a social networking website with affiliate system like myspace.com with joomla. I am trying to do it with community builder and aec. Could anyone suggest me that which affiliate program should I use with CB and AEC? Also it will be a big help for me if anyone suggest the names of the components needed to run a social networking site with joomla.

I've been thinking of doing this... and until now i am still just thinking. There is no good component out there to handle it. CB maybe ok, but i'm still waiting for something robust.
