Did you read the installation instructions in the User Guide. Did you used the Search option. Why are we asking this always the first time? Because this type off question are asked several times on the forums and there are posted also several solutions.

The reason that I removed some post from you is that kicking a topics and talking negative about the Support is not the best way to get Support. On a forum the users give each other Support and also we have respect for each other.

And when posted an question on an forum we all have to be patient. It is impossible for an Developer/Moderator to answer all questions.
