Everything Working, except... I can't post!

PHP 4.3.11
MySQL 4.0.24
SMF: 1.1.2
Joomla: 1.1.12
JSMF: 2.0.2

After trying to post, I get this:

Everything in the backend is set up correctly, everything in the forum and the bridge are where they're supposed to be.

I get this problem with EVERY forum I have used (joomlaboar, fireboard, SMF). I get to the point where I try to post a message and it won't let me. In fireboard it would just take me to the main page, and not reflect the message.

This all started when I overwrote (via FTP) my joomla installation with a backup and started getting double everything in my backend (modules in specific). I deleted the extra tables from my jos_modules and it looks fine now. Somewhere along the line though, I screweded something up other than my forum in my joomla installation that's not letting me post.

Does anyone have an idea on what it coule possibly be? I would hate to have to delete my entire database, wipe my server and start from scratch to fix it. Undecided
