Joomla 1.5 compatibility?

Has anyone used this bridge with Joomla 1.5 (currently at RC3)?  It seems the 1.5 code is DRAMATICALLY different, looking at why patching index.php fails.

Just wondering if anyone has done any work on 1.5 yet?

There is not coming an Bridge for J! 1.5 or the new SMF 2.0 Wink
